Building an extension has a great advantage: the extra space can be designed exactly according to your requirements.

Another advantage is that not all extensions require Planning Permission. Those which don't can be constructed under Permitted Development. This can really speed up the process and allows an early target date to be set. Please contact us to find out which category your extension plans fall into. Most extensions do need to comply with Building Regulations, however. You can leave that to us; we'll make sure the plans comply.
